About Kalinka Tolina
Kalinka Tolina is the founder of Factor Estate Bansko, with over 13 years in the Bansko real estate market and more than 23 years in client-facing roles. Before founding the agency she held administrative and management positions at a local estate agency, which gave her a working knowledge of the regional market from the inside.
She holds a degree in Administration and Management with a focus on Agribusiness and Rural Development from Plovdiv, and has completed further training in real estate investment and digital marketing. Hands-on experience running short-term rentals informs her advice to owners on yield, occupancy and the practical realities of letting in a ski resort.
Kalinka works across Bansko, Razlog and the surrounding Pirin region on residential sales, investment property, land, lettings and property management, handling transactions in Bulgarian and English from first viewing through to completion at the notary.
